Refund Policy

  1. The Registration fee (if any) is non-refundable.
  2. If a student decides to withdraw, he/she can apply for a partial refund (50%) of the paid up tuition fees but only if he/she has not been supported by our visa/CAS letter and has not attended the classes for his/her course. No fees will be refunded if he/she has been supported by our visa/CAS letter and/or attended any classes.
  3. No refunds are due when students postpone the commencement of their course while in the UK.
  4. The College reserves the right to cancel any course prior to commencement date whereupon any fees paid will be refunded in full.
  5. If any student ceases to study at the College for any reason whatsoever (for example: suspension, expulsion, cancellation of registration and even due to sickness) the tuition fees are not refundable.  The agreed instalments (if any) are still payable by the student for the remaining portion of the academic year at the same dates and times as in the original contract.
  6. Students are not entitled to any refund where the enrolment has been supported by a visa letter from British High Commissions/Embassies or the Home Office in the UK or any other documentation.
  7. Students requiring a student visa to enter or remain in the UK may claim a refund of the tuition fees paid (less an administrative charge of one hundred pounds) only if their visa application has been refused and the College is informed prior to the commencement of the course. The original refusal letter and a receipt for the fees paid must accompany the application for a refund along with original documents of the admission offered by the College. If the College is not informed of the refusal after the commencement of the course, one term’s course fee will be deducted. After the commencement of any term, the tuition fees for that term are non-refundable. A visa refusal during the term entitles the students to a refund of the fees for subsequent term only. A refund application must be made within six months from the date of refusal. No refund is due after six months of refusal date.
  8. Students supplying false information on the application form are liable to be suspended from the College and in that case no refund will be made.
  9. Fees are refunded if for any reason the College is unable to provide the course.
  10. On the student’s request and on the recommendation of the Department Head, the fees already paid may be transferred to the same course commencing at a later date provided that the student is not in the UK.
  11. On all the above policies where there are no refunds due and students have paid only the part of the tuition fees then they are still liable for the agreed instalments (if any) for the remaining portion of the academic year/agreed session at the same dates and times as in the original contract.
  12.  A minimum of three weeks is needed to process the refund after the receipt of the completed documentation.
